Senior partner role within a national law firm’s technology, communications and government contracts practice based in Sioux Falls. The team advises clients on regulatory, licensing and compliance matters across satellite, wireless and broadband sectors as well as government contracting issues.

The role is client-facing and requires leadership in developing and managing a portable practice. You will work with cross-practice colleagues on transactional, regulatory and public-sector matters and help grow the regional practice.

Established partner-level experience in telecommunications/communications law and regulatory matters
Demonstrated work on government contracts and public-sector regulatory issues
Proven client development and practice leadership; portable practice welcomed
Bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
