Partner, Intellectual Property — Sioux Falls

Senior intellectual property partner role in a well-established national law firm's Sioux Falls office. The role focuses on patent and trademark matters with a mix of prosecution and contentious work, including infringement litigation and enforcement strategies.

The team represents corporate clients across technology and media sectors; this role will handle client counseling, case management, and courtroom advocacy as needed. The firm is not seeking counsel for consumer streaming-platform matters.

We are seeking a candidate able to contribute to and grow an existing IP practice; there is scope for a portable practice or book of business to be integrated into the team's offering.

• Established partner-level experience in patent and trademark work, including IP litigation and enforcement.
• Proven courtroom and client-facing experience handling infringement matters and counseling corporate clients.
• Ability to develop or bring a portable practice and to mentor junior lawyers.
• Bar admission and technical background as required for patent matters (where applicable).
