Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, Sioux Falls

Experienced IP partner role for a well-established national firm seeking a senior lawyer to lead and expand its Sioux Falls intellectual property practice.

The position combines patent prosecution, licensing and patent litigation work, with opportunities to handle Hatch-Waxman matters and Section 337 investigations. The partner will manage cases, mentor junior lawyers and work closely with a cross-practice team on complex technology disputes.

• Established partner with significant experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation.
• Proven experience handling Hatch-Waxman matters and ITC/Section 337 investigations (or equivalent trade remedies).
• Demonstrable business development track record and ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
• Strong team leadership and client-management skills; active bar admission required.
