Partner — Compliance & Regulatory / Litigation (Sioux Falls)

Senior partner opportunity with a highly regarded law firm seeking an experienced lawyer to lead and grow its Compliance & Regulatory and Litigation practice in Sioux Falls. The role will focus on privacy/data-protection, regulatory matters and related commercial litigation, working with a broad mix of clients.

This is a front‑facing, practice‑building role: you will handle complex regulatory and contested matters, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practice groups including technology and regulatory teams. A portable practice or demonstrated client‑development capability is welcome.

• Established partner-level experience in regulatory matters, privacy/data-protection and commercial litigation.
• Proven client-development and practice‑building record; ability to bring or expand client relationships.
• Track record of managing significant matters and supervising teams of associates and counsel.
• Bar admission in South Dakota or eligibility to obtain; strong litigation and regulatory advocacy skills.
