Seeking a partner to join a busy litigation group in Sioux Falls with a strong focus on securities matters and regulated-industry disputes. The role will handle complex civil and regulatory litigation, securities-related enforcement and defense, and matters arising from life sciences and healthcare clients.

The practice is suited to an experienced litigator who can both lead significant matters and work collaboratively across regulatory, compliance and healthcare teams. Candidates with experience in white-collar or securities enforcement and familiarity with life sciences/digital health matters are encouraged to apply.

There is openness to a partner with a portable practice; business development and client-management experience at the partner level will be valued.

Partner-level litigation background with substantial securities and/or regulatory enforcement experience.
Proven trial and/or major enforcement matter experience and ability to lead teams.
Experience advising or defending clients in healthcare, life sciences or digital-health sectors preferred.
Track record of client development and ability to bring or grow a partner-level practice.
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction (or ability to obtain).
