Partner — Securities & Finance (Sioux Falls)

Experienced securities and finance partner sought to lead and grow a regional practice from the firm's Sioux Falls office. The role focuses on transactional and regulatory work across securities, investment management and lending matters, working with institutional and private clients.

This position requires a commercial leader who will originate business, manage client relationships and supervise a team of associates. The role offers responsibility for shaping practice strategy and collaborating with colleagues across US offices.

• Established partner-level track record in securities, investment management or finance transactions
• Proven origination and client relationship skills; experience managing teams
