Partner — Finance & Banking / Capital Markets — Sioux Falls

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a Finance & Banking and Capital Markets practice from the firm's Sioux Falls office. The role will focus on originating and advising on capital markets, debt and other financing transactions for corporate and institutional clients.

The successful candidate will join a sizable national practice with cross‑office support and work closely with transactional teams across securities and finance matters. This role is suited to an established market-facing partner who can both service complex matters and expand the client base in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in capital markets and finance transactions
• Proven origination record and ability to manage senior client relationships
• Admission to practice in the relevant state or ability to become admitted
