Partner — Compliance & Regulatory (Energy, Environmental, Healthcare) — Sioux Falls

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a multidisciplinary compliance and regulatory practice from the firm's Sioux Falls office. The role focuses on counseling clients across energy, environmental and healthcare sectors on regulatory matters, international trade, cybersecurity/privacy and cross-border issues.

Ideal candidate will advise on high-stakes regulatory risk, investigations and transactional/regulatory intersections, and will collaborate with national and international teams to service complex client matters. This is a front-facing business-development role with significant client relationship responsibility.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in compliance, regulatory and international trade matters, with sector experience in energy, environment or healthcare
• Demonstrated expertise in privacy/cybersecurity and cross-border regulatory issues
• Proven track record of originating and leading client matters and growing revenue
