Partner — Technology & Regulatory (Sioux Falls)

Senior partner opportunity for an experienced technology and regulatory lawyer to lead and expand a practice focused on telecommunications, broadband, and government contracts. The role combines regulatory counseling, government-facing work, and commercial technology matters across the public and private sectors.

The position will involve advising clients on federal and state regulatory strategy, managing regulatory filings and compliance programs, and developing business in adjacent technology and media sectors. The team works with public agencies, commercial carriers, and developers on transactional and regulatory matters.

• Established partner with a proven track record in telecommunications, communications or government contracts work
