Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand a compliance and regulatory practice focused on technology, privacy/data protection, and healthcare matters. The role is based in Salt Lake City and will work with regional and national clients on regulatory counseling, privacy programs, and technology-related transactions.

The team seeks a seasoned practitioner capable of originating and developing business, mentoring junior lawyers, and partnering with national practice groups on cross-office matters. The role suits candidates with a portable practice who can contribute to immediate revenue and long-term growth.

Established partner with significant experience in privacy & data protection, healthcare regulatory compliance, or technology transactions.
Track record of originating or growing client relationships and demonstrable business development ability.
Experience counseling on healthcare regulatory issues, HIPAA/privacy programs, or technology/software licensing and compliance.
Proven leadership and mentoring experience; ability to work collaboratively across practice groups and offices.
Active bar admission and JD (or equivalent) required.
