Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Salt Lake City litigation team with a focus on healthcare-related matters. The role will handle complex civil litigation, including False Claims Act defense, managed-care disputes, and business litigation arising from technology and cyber issues.

The position offers a leadership role within a multidisciplinary practice that advises healthcare clients and handles high-stakes matters involving cybersecurity and emerging-technology risks. The partner will collaborate with regional and national colleagues while developing the local practice.

Partner-level litigation experience, with a significant focus on healthcare disputes and False Claims Act defense.
Proven experience handling cybersecurity, data-privacy, or cryptocurrency-related litigation or regulatory issues.
Track record of leading teams and managing complex cases to trial or favorable resolution.
Demonstrated business development ability and willingness to grow a portable practice in the region.
Active admission to the relevant state bar or ability to obtain admission.
