Partner, Compliance & Regulatory — Washington, D.C.

Leading international law firm seek a lateral partner to build and lead a compliance and regulatory practice from the Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on regulatory counseling and government-contracts work for a mix of public-sector and private clients.

The successful candidate will advise on high-stakes regulatory and government-facing matters, work across practice groups, and take a visible role in business development. This is a partner-track placement expected to grow a team and contribute to market expansion in key U.S. jurisdictions.

Candidates with an established, portable practice or demonstrable client origination record are encouraged to apply; the role includes leadership responsibilities and collaboration with senior firm lawyers on strategic matters.

• Established partner-level experience in regulatory and government-contracts work.
• Proven client origination / portable practice and a track record of business development.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior lawyers and managing matters cross-functionally.
• Bar admission or eligibility to practice in the District of Columbia.
