Leading national law firm is seeking a seasoned partner to join its Albuquerque office and lead construction-related litigation and real estate dispute work. The role will handle commercial construction claims, contract disputes, and related real estate litigation for regional clients.

The successful candidate will split time between case strategy, courtroom advocacy and client development, mentoring junior lawyers, and growing a practice in the Southwest market. A portable practice or the ability to bring and develop client relationships is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes
Strong trial and motion practice; courtroom experience preferred
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships or manage a portable practice
Experience supervising associates and leading case teams; excellent communication and business development skills
Admission to practice in New Mexico (or willingness to obtain admission)
