Seeking a partner to lead and grow a litigation-focused practice from the Albuquerque office. The role covers commercial and professional-liability litigation with a substantial employment and healthcare component, plus matters arising from construction-related disputes.

The position combines casework and client development: you will handle contested matters, appear in court where appropriate, and build relationships with employers, healthcare providers, and institutional clients. The team supports cross-practice collaboration on complex, multi-disciplinary matters.

Established partner or equivalently experienced lawyer with a proven litigation practice
Substantive experience in employment/labor law and professional-liability or healthcare-related litigation
Track record of courtroom or arbitration advocacy and managing complex cases
Demonstrable business-development experience and client relationship skills; portable book of business preferred
Active bar admission in New Mexico or ability to transfer or obtain admission
