Established national law firm is seeking a litigation partner to join its Albuquerque office to lead and grow a securities and white‑collar litigation practice. The role combines hands‑on case work with practice leadership and client development responsibilities.

The successful candidate will handle complex commercial and securities disputes, work across trial and appellate matters, and mentor junior lawyers. This is a partner role for candidates with an existing litigation background and the ability to bring or develop client relationships in the securities/white‑collar space.

Proven litigation experience with a focus on securities and/or white‑collar matters.
Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or able to become admitted.
Track record of trial and dispositive motion practice and experience managing litigation teams.
Business development ability; openness to candidates with a portable book of business or clear client development plan.
