Well-established national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Albuquerque office to lead and expand a healthcare-focused litigation practice. The role will involve handling contested healthcare and life-sciences matters across state and federal courts and advising healthcare providers and organizations on regulatory-driven disputes.

The team offers broad resources and a collaborative platform while expecting a commercial, client-facing partner who can develop new business and manage significant matters. The hire will work with regional and national colleagues to grow the practice and enhance client service for healthcare and life-sciences clients.

Proven track record in healthcare litigation, including experience with healthcare providers, payors, or life-sciences clients
Barr admission and experience in state and federal courts; strong litigation drafting and courtroom experience
Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable business welcomed
Ability to manage and mentor associates and collaborate with cross-office teams
