Seeking a partner-level employment and labor litigator to join a busy New Mexico practice. The role will combine hands-on litigation work with responsibility for developing and expanding employer-side labor and employment matters across the region.

The partner will lead and mentor a team of litigators, manage high-stakes cases, and coordinate with national practice colleagues. The position is a good fit for a practitioner with an established, portable practice who can drive client development locally and regionally.

Established partner with significant experience in employment, labor and related litigation
Proven trial and case-management track record
Demonstrable business development ability and a portable client base
Experience leading teams and mentoring junior lawyers
