Seeking a partner to lead and grow a construction and real estate litigation practice in the Fresno office of a well-established national law firm. The role will handle a mix of construction disputes, contract matters and commercial real estate litigation for owners, developers, contractors and related stakeholders.

The successful candidate will join an experienced team and will have a high degree of autonomy on case strategy, client engagement and team development. There is opportunity for immediate client work and to build or bring a portable practice.

Established partner-level experience in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes.
Proven trial and litigation skills, including motion practice and ADR experience.
Track record of client development; ability to manage and grow a portable book of business.
Active bar admission in the relevant state or eligibility to transfer bar; strong professional references.
