Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its Phoenix construction and real estate litigation practice. The role focuses on handling complex commercial disputes, construction defect and contract matters, and representing owners, developers, contractors and other industry clients in state and federal courts and alternative dispute forums.

The successful candidate will join a market-facing team, manage litigation from intake through trial, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development initiatives. Portable client relationships or an ability to originate work are viewed positively.

Proven partner-level experience in construction and/or real estate litigation, including handling complex commercial matters
Track record of litigation and trial experience; familiarity with ADR
Strong client development skills; portable book of business or demonstrable origination ability preferred
Admitted (or able to become admitted) in Arizona and able to practice locally in Phoenix
Experience supervising associates and contributing to practice management
