Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Phoenix real estate and construction practice. The role will handle a mix of transactional and development-focused matters, with opportunities to work on related estate planning matters for owner-principals and hospitality clients.

Ideal candidates will bring a demonstrated practice in real estate/development and construction law, with the ability to originate and grow business in the region. The team offers platform support for cross-office matters and collaboration with complementary practice groups.

Established partner with a proven real estate and/or construction practice.
Experience on land development, acquisition/disposition, leasing, and construction-related agreements and disputes.
Comfort advising owner-operators and hospitality clients; familiarity with estate planning for business owners is a plus.
Proven ability to develop client relationships and grow a portable or regional practice.
