Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction Litigation — Phoenix

Lead hire sought to build and run a real estate and construction litigation practice from the Phoenix office of a national US firm. The role focuses on handling complex construction disputes, commercial real estate litigation, and related transactional counseling for owner, developer, contractor and lender clients.

The successful candidate will manage high‑stakes courtroom and arbitration matters, mentor junior lawyers, and play an active role in client development and practice growth. This is a partner-level, rainmaking seat with responsibility for expanding regional market share.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation experience in construction and commercial real estate matters
• Proven trial and/or arbitration record and client management experience
• Demonstrable business development skills and willingness to lead a growing team
• Active bar admission in Arizona or ability to become admitted
