Partner — Litigation & Employment (Phoenix)

Seeking a partner to lead and expand a litigation-focused practice in Phoenix with emphasis on employment, professional liability, healthcare and construction matters. The role combines case leadership, client management and business development in a busy commercial litigation environment.

The successful candidate will manage and mentor a team of litigators, handle high-stakes trial and dispute resolution work, develop client relationships, and drive originations to grow the practice regionally.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation background with significant employment and professional liability experience
• Proven trial or contested litigation experience and track record of originating business
• Ability to supervise associates and collaborate with cross-practice teams
• Bar admission in Arizona or ability to qualify promptly
