The team handles a mix of contractual, construction-defect, and commercial real estate disputes across trial and alternative dispute-resolution forums. The successful candidate will play a visible role in client relationship management and business development.

Proven partner-level experience in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes.
Demonstrable record of originating or bringing clients/relationships; portable practice welcomed.
Experience leading litigation teams and managing complex matters from filing through resolution.
Strong client-development and business-generation skills; comfortable in a visible, rainmaking role based in Richmond.
