A leading international law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to lead its construction practice in Riyadh. The role focuses on infrastructure and construction transactional work across the Gulf, supporting major projects and cross-border mandates.

The successful candidate will take a senior role within an established regional team, handling high-value transactions and advising sponsor, developer and contractor clients. There is scope to shape the practice locally and coordinate with offices across the Middle East.

A portable practice or existing client following is welcome and will be supported by the firm’s regional platform and business development resources.

Proven partner-level experience in construction and infrastructure transactions.
Track record of leading teams and developing client relationships in the Saudi/Gulf market.
Commercial drafting and negotiation skills on project documentation and contracts.
Ability to build and maintain a portable practice; client following viewed positively.
