Leading global firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its corporate transactional and commercial litigation capabilities in the Boston office. The role is focused on originating and executing complex cross-border transactions and high-value commercial disputes across regulated industry sectors.

Preferred candidates will have a track record of building and leading teams, handling matters for clients in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and related industries, and collaborating with colleagues across the US and Europe. The hiring team is prioritizing team moves or partners with a substantial portable practice and at least one anchor client.

Established partner with significant experience in corporate transactions and commercial litigation.
Proven team leadership and client origination record; preference for candidates who can bring a portable practice and an anchor client.
Experience advising clients in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or similar regulated sectors.
Comfort working on cross-border matters and coordinating with offices in the US and Europe.
Stable move history preferred (candidates with frequent firm moves are less likely to be considered).
