Leading international practice is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen an integrated corporate and commercial litigation platform in Miami. The role combines high-value transactional work with major commercial disputes across regulated and private-sector clients.

The team is targeting group hires or established portable practices rather than single hires, and prefers candidates who can bring an established book and demonstrate sustained client origination. Sector focus includes life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive.

Work will be cross-jurisdictional and coordinated with teams in key markets, including New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany.

Proven partner-level experience handling both complex corporate transactions and high-stakes commercial litigation
Track record of client origination and relationship management; ability to demonstrate a portable practice or substantive client connectivity
Experience leading or integrating into multi-office teams; preference for candidates willing to join as part of a group or team hire
Sector experience in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive
Cross-border experience and comfort working with colleagues in US and European markets
