Seeking a partner to join a well-established international law practice in Doha. The role is flexible on practice area but has a preference for corporate-focused candidates; opportunities also exist across government & public work.

The successful candidate will help lead and grow the local practice, supervise and mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with regional colleagues on cross-border mandates. A track record of originating and managing client work in Qatar or the Gulf is highly valued.

Portable client relationships and demonstrable business development capability are welcome; the team supports partners in developing a sustained pipeline of work.

Partner-level experience in corporate or government/public practice areas.
Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and to bring or grow business.
Experience working on cross-border matters and familiarity with the Qatar/Gulf market.
Strong leadership, team management and mentoring skills.
Excellent commercial judgment and communication skills; language skills relevant to the region are an advantage.
