Senior transactional partner sought to join a national practice from the Dallas office, leading complex corporate work across M&A, technology transactions and capital markets. The role has a heavy transactional focus and will support cross-practice opportunities across energy (renewables and oil & gas) and technology sectors.

The successful candidate will take a visible client-facing role, handle high-value deals from structuring through closing, and collaborate with teams across finance and regulatory practices. There is an expectation of developing and growing a portable practice and originating new client work.

Proven partner-level transactional experience in M&A, corporate finance or capital markets.
Substantive experience advising on energy projects (renewables and/or oil & gas) and technology/tech-enabled transactions.
Track record of client origination and managing cross-functional deal teams.
Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills and the ability to grow a portable practice.
