Senior corporate partner role in the Chicago office of a leading US law firm, focusing on M&A, transactional work and capital markets across energy and technology sectors. The position will lead client engagements, coordinate cross-practice teams and drive new business development.

The role has a strong emphasis on energy project development and commercial matters, including renewables and oil & gas, alongside tech-related transactions and capital markets work. You will advise corporate clients on deal structuring, execution and regulatory considerations.

We are seeking an established, client-facing partner with a portable practice or demonstrable business origination ability to expand the office s corporate and energy offerings.

Established partner with significant transactional/M&A experience
Demonstrable background in energy (renewables and/or oil & gas) and technology-related transactions
Experience with capital markets and complex corporate financings preferred
Proven client development skills and a portable or demonstrable book of business
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction(s) and ability to work in Chicago
