Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Silicon Valley corporate group with a strong transactional practice focused on M&A, technology-related deals and capital markets work. The role will also support the firm s energy practice, including renewable energy and oil & gas project and commercial matters.

The partner will handle end-to-end deal execution, lead complex transactions, and work closely with cross-functional teams on technology and energy-related matters. The position is geared to a rainmaker or established originator who can build on an existing transactional platform in the market.

This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced platform with national reach while keeping a client-facing, business-development role in Silicon Valley. A portable practice and demonstrable book of business are welcome.

Established partner with significant transactional/M&A experience and familiarity with tech-sector deals
Experience in energy-related matters (renewables and/or oil & gas project/commercial work)
Proven track record of leading complex transactions and managing deal teams
Demonstrable business-development ability and a portable practice
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
