Established US law firm is seeking a senior Energy partner to join its Silicon Valley office. The role will lead and grow upstream/downstream and transactional energy work across the region, collaborating with a national energy practice team.

The team advises on complex commercial, regulatory and project-related matters in the energy sector. The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role, develop client relationships, and help expand the practice’s footprint in technology-focused energy matters.

Experienced partner with a proven energy practice (project, transactional, regulatory or commercial work)
Track record of originating and developing client relationships; portable business expected
Strong commercial judgment and ability to lead matters and mentor junior lawyers
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and eligibility to practise in the US
