Leading German full-service firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Cologne corporate and finance practice. The role focuses on private equity and venture capital transactions as well as cross-border corporate and financing work.

The team advises sponsors, growth companies and lenders on mid- to large-cap deals; the firm is looking for a seasoned private equity/VC practitioner with strong transaction experience and an established client-development track record.

Proven partner-level experience in corporate and finance transactions, with a focus on private equity and/or venture capital
Demonstrable track record on mid- to large-cap domestic and cross-border deals
Proven client development skills; candidates with a portable practice or book of business encouraged to apply
Strong leadership and team-management experience
Admission to practice in Germany and fluency in German and English
