Established national law firm seeks a partner to expand its corporate and finance practice in New York. The role focuses on M&A and transactional work, with substantial exposure to energy project development (renewables and oil & gas), technology-related transactions, and capital markets matters.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop business across corporate, energy and technology groups, and collaborate with cross-practice teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate/transactional work.
Proven track record advising on energy project development (renewables and/or oil & gas) and technology transactions.
Experience with capital markets transactions is highly desirable.
Strong client-development skills and ability to build and manage a portable practice.
