Established international law firm is seeking a senior corporate partner to join its Houston office. The role focuses on M&A, private equity and venture capital matters across corporate and finance practices.

The team handles complex buyouts, growth financings and strategic transactions for corporate and PE-backed clients. The firm is looking for a partner who can lead high-value deals, develop client relationships and contribute to business development locally and nationally.

This is a lateral partner opportunity where a portable practice and demonstrable client origination are a strong fit.

Established partner-level experience in M&A, private equity and/or venture capital transactions
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Proven deal leadership on complex corporate and financing matters
Strong commercial judgment, team management and business development skills
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission
