Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions, private equity and capital markets.
Proven originator with a portable client base or demonstrable business development success.
Strong leadership and team management skills; experience mentoring associates and leading deal teams.
Admission to practice in Pennsylvania, or ability to obtain admission, preferred.
