Senior corporate partner role within a large national practice, based in Chicago. The team advises private equity and venture capital sponsors, portfolio companies and strategic investors on a range of buyouts, growth financings and corporate transactions.

This position is an opportunity to join an established corporate and finance platform and to lead representative deals and client relationships. The group handles both sponsor-backed transactions and growth/venture matters across industries.

Established partner-level private equity and/or venture capital transactional practice.
Proven track record leading buyouts, growth financings, fund-related or portfolio-company transactions.
Demonstrable client origination or an existing portable practice; ability to develop and grow business within a national platform.
Strong leadership, deal-management skills and ability to mentor senior associates.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to seek admission.
