Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Philadelphia corporate and finance team, focusing on private equity and venture capital transactions. The role combines lead transactional work with client development and team leadership across buyouts, growth financings and related corporate matters.

The firm is offering a clear path to partnership economics for a candidate with a proven portable practice, strong client relationships and a track record of originating or leading private equity and VC deals. You will work closely with multi‑disciplinary teams across the firm to deliver commercial, high‑value advice to sponsors, portfolio companies and investors.

Established partner with deep transactional experience in private equity and/or venture capital.
Demonstrable portable client relationships and a track record of originating or leading deals.
Proven ability to lead deal teams and collaborate across corporate and finance practices.
Bar admission and JD (or equivalent) required; excellent communication and business development skills.
