Senior hire role for an experienced corporate partner to lead and grow transactional private equity and venture capital practices from the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. The role combines buyout, growth-capital and fund-related work across both sponsor-backed and venture-backed transactions.

This is a partner-track opening for a candidate with an established portable practice. The firm is seeking someone able to originate deals, drive client relationships and mentor junior lawyers while working closely with finance and banking teams on leveraged and structured transactions.

Lateral Partner with demonstrable private equity and/or venture capital transactional experience.
Portable book of business expected; proven origination and client-management track record.
Strong leadership, team management and mentoring skills; experience working with finance/banking and cross-practice teams.
Bar admission and pedigree appropriate to senior partner role.
