Proven partner-level transactional experience in M&A and corporate law
Strong client development and business generation record; ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Experience advising on corporate governance and complex commercial transactions
Track record of leading deal teams and mentoring associates
Active bar admission and excellent communication skills
