Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Harrisburg office to build and lead work at the intersection of technology, fintech and corporate practice. The role will handle both transactional matters (M&A, corporate governance) and related technology-focused disputes and cyber-incident work, working with national teams and cross-practice specialists.

The successful candidate will be a client-facing partner able to grow a technology/fintech-oriented practice, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across offices. There is an expectation and opportunity to bring portable client relationships and to expand the firm’s presence in the regional market.

Partner-level experience in technology/fintech matters, corporate M&A and/or related litigation.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to develop a portable practice.
Strong transactional and/or disputes experience involving cyber-security, data/privacy or technology contracts.
Demonstrated leadership, team-building and mentoring experience in a law firm environment.
Active bar admission in Pennsylvania or ability to become admitted promptly.
