Leading global law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Harrisburg office to grow and lead an established finance, corporate and securities practice. The role will focus on advising private equity and venture capital clients, supporting capital markets transactions, and delivering complex financing and corporate work.

The successful candidate will combine technical excellence with business development capability, mentoring junior lawyers while originating and expanding client relationships. A portable practice or demonstrable track record of generating new work is welcome.

Proven partner-level experience in finance, corporate transactions and securities matters.
Demonstrable client development skills and a history of originating or expanding work; a portable practice is welcome.
Experience with private equity, venture capital or capital markets transactions preferred.
Ability to supervise and mentor associates and collaborate across offices.
Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania or able to obtain admission; excellent communication and commercial judgment.
