Corporate Partner (M&A & Governance) — Harrisburg

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a corporate practice focused on mergers & acquisitions, transactional work and corporate governance. The role requires handling complex deals, advising corporate clients across industries, and coordinating with colleagues in other offices.

The successful candidate will split time between client-facing work and business development, mentoring associates, and contributing to the strategic direction of the practice. This is a partnership role with significant responsibility for generating and sustaining client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established M&A and corporate transactional experience at partner level
• Proven track record of business development and client relationship management
• Experience leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
