Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its Dallas office to grow a cross-practice corporate platform focused on M&A, capital markets and transactions for healthcare, life sciences, technology and financial‑services clients. The role will combine transactional work with opportunities to support IP-related disputes and technology‑focused deals.

The position is suited to an entrepreneurial partner who will originate and develop client relationships, lead deal teams, and collaborate across national and sector-focused groups. The team works closely with specialists in healthcare, life sciences, emerging growth and technology transactions.

Established partner with a track record advising on M&A and capital markets transactions, ideally with experience in healthcare, life sciences, technology or financial services.
Proven client origination/portable book of business and the ability to develop new revenue streams.
Experience leading deal teams and working collaboratively across practice groups, including IP and technology transactions.
Licensed to practice in Texas or willing to obtain admission; strong professional references and commitment to business development.
