Leading global law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its Corporate practice in Century City with a focus on healthcare, life sciences and technology-related matters. The role will sit at the intersection of M&A, capital markets and technology transactions and will collaborate closely with IP and litigation teams on commercially significant matters.

The team handles a mix of private-equity and strategic M&A, issuer-side capital markets work, growth-stage and emerging companies, and technology/IP-related transactional and dispute matters. The firm is prioritizing experienced partners who can contribute to a growing West Coast platform and work cross‑regionally with other offices.

Portable client relationships and an established practice in one or more of the focus areas are welcomed; both group moves and strong individual laterals will be considered.

Proven partner-track record in corporate/M&A and capital markets; experience with healthcare, life sciences or technology clients preferred.
Demonstrable experience on technology transactions and/or IP-related corporate work and ability to collaborate with litigation/IP teams.
Established client relationships and a portable practice appropriate to partner level; openness to cross-office collaboration.
Strong business development, client-management and team leadership skills.
