Major international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Baltimore office to lead and grow corporate-focused practices with strong Healthcare, Life Sciences and Technology workstreams. The role will involve originating and handling complex M&A and capital markets matters, advising on technology transactions and coordinating IP and litigation strategies where relevant.

The team prefers candidates who can contribute a portable practice and who will help expand regional and cross‑border capabilities. The position offers opportunities to work on industry-focused deals across life sciences, health care, technology and financial services, and to collaborate with specialists in related offices.

Established partner with demonstrable experience in M&A and/or capital markets work, ideally with Healthcare, Life Sciences or Technology sector focus
Proven track record of originating client work and managing complex, multi‑jurisdictional matters
Comfortable collaborating with IP and litigation practices on integrated matters
Strong leadership and business development skills; ability to mentor junior lawyers
Bar admission and standing to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
