Seeking a partner to lead and grow a corporate practice focused on M&A, capital markets and technology transactions with a strong sector focus on healthcare and life sciences. The role sits in the firm's Silicon Valley office and will work closely with national and international teams across corporate, IP and litigation practices.

The successful candidate will be expected to originate and manage complex matters, develop client relationships across emerging growth, technology and regulated-healthcare clients, and partner with industry-focused deal teams. The position offers significant opportunity to build a market-facing practice while collaborating with established specialists in related areas.

Established partner with demonstrable transaction experience in M&A, private equity or capital markets.
Proven sector experience in healthcare/life sciences, technology or financial services; familiarity with IP-related transactional issues preferred.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable book of business is preferred.
Ability to lead deal teams and collaborate with cross-practice groups across offices.
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction.
