Partner — Corporate, Intellectual Property & Antitrust — Dallas

Leading national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas office to grow and lead a cross-practice offering across corporate, intellectual property and antitrust matters. The role will work closely with private equity, life sciences and technology-focused teams and advise on M&A, patent litigation strategy and competition-related issues tied to transactions and disputes.

The firm values partners who can develop business across those industry sectors and collaborate with national practice groups. This role offers visibility on complex, high-value matters and access to a broad platform of national resources and practice support.

Applicants should be entrepreneurial, team-oriented and able to integrate litigation and transactional IP/antitrust work into client solutions. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in relevant sectors is required.

• Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions, patent litigation and/or antitrust work
• Proven track record advising private equity and technology or life sciences clients preferred
• Demonstrable business development ability and portable client relationships
• Strong leadership skills and experience collaborating with national practice groups
