Partner — Corporate & Intellectual Property Litigation, Phoenix

Established law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Phoenix office to strengthen corporate and IP litigation capabilities. The role will focus on M&A and corporate governance matters alongside patent and IP litigation, with significant client-facing responsibility and team leadership.

The firm is looking for a partner with a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships who can originate and grow work across corporate and IP practices. This is an opportunity to take a senior role in a busy, collaborative office with access to national platform resources.

• Proven partner-level experience in corporate transactions (M&A, corporate governance) and/or intellectual property litigation, including patent litigation.
• Track record of originating business and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
• Strong litigation and/or transactional skills, with experience mentoring junior lawyers and leading matter teams.
• Licensed to practice in relevant jurisdiction and able to work from the Phoenix office.
