Leading global law firm seeks a partner to join its Philadelphia office to strengthen the corporate practice with complementary intellectual property and technology capabilities. The role will focus on M&A, capital markets (issuer-side work), emerging growth/venture and technology transactions, with opportunities to collaborate with IP litigation teams as needed.

The successful candidate will work closely with national and international offices and sector-focused teams serving life sciences, technology, financial services and energy clients. This is a partner-level role suited to a lateral hire with an established, portable practice and the ability to develop cross-office matters.

Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions (M&A) and capital markets, including issuer-side matters.
Proven experience with technology transactions and/or IP-related transactional work; familiarity with IP litigation is a plus.
Portable client relationships and proven business development ability; comfortable operating across multiple industry sectors (life sciences, technology, financial services, energy).
Strong collaboration skills for integration with national and international practice teams.
