Partner — Corporate, Intellectual Property & Technology (Los Angeles)

Senior transactional partner role to join a national corporate and technology practice from the firm’s Los Angeles office. The team advises on M&A (including PE), capital markets, emerging-growth companies, technology transactions, and related IP matters.

The role combines client development and deal execution: leading complex cross-border and domestic transactions, advising issuers and growth companies, and coordinating with IP and litigation specialists where disputes intersect with transactional work.

Portable client relationships and an established partner-level practice are welcome; the position offers senior leadership and business-generating responsibilities within a large, multi-office platform.

• Established partner-level experience in M&A, capital markets, or technology transactions, with a transactional track record.
• Demonstrable client development skills and history of bringing or expanding client relationships.
• Comfort working with IP-related transactional issues and coordinating with litigation/IP teams.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills on complex domestic and cross-border matters.
• Bar admission in California (or eligibility) and ability to work from the Los Angeles office.
